Because these are physical salt scrubs, a little goes a long way. Here is the best way to use them:

1. Dampen Your Skin: Wet your body with warm water in the shower or bath for a few minutes. This softens the skin and prepares it for exfoliation.

2. Massage Gently: Scoop out a small amount and rub it onto your skin using gentle, circular motions. Pay extra attention to rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels.

3. Don’t Scrub Too Hard: Let the salt granules do the work. Pressing too hard can cause micro-scratches on the skin.

4. Rinse & Lock it In: Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Once you dry off, follow up with one of your SADOER Body Butters from earlier to lock in deep moisture!
